James brings a diverse background in real estate development, property transactions, and construction, as well as over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. He brings a unique focus on stewardship and process improvement toward entrepreneurial excellence. His broad finance and accounting experience includes working in both public and private industry with local and national businesses in the mortgage, utility, construction, non-profit, engineering and professional services industries. James holds an active CPA license in California and Texas, a Certified Management Accountant designation from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Vanguard University of Southern California.
